Jaclyn is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a Master’s in Education (MSEd) and a passion for supporting individuals through every stage of development.
Her career began in direct care, working one-on-one with students in life skills and school-based programs. That foundation led her to pursue her MSEd and BCBA certification, allowing her to expand my impact. Since then, she has provided behavior support in a variety of settings — from ABA classrooms and special education programs to elementary, middle, and transition-aged schools, as well as in homes and community environments.
Her approach centers on practical, compassionate, and evidence-based strategies. She believes in the power of collaboration and connection, and strives to create meaningful change that supports growth in everyday life.
Teresia is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). She is an accomplished educator with over 30 years of experience supporting individuals with disabilities. She holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Behavior Analysis (BA) from the University of West Florida, a Postgraduate Degree in Learning Disabilities (LDT-C) from Montclair State University, and a Master’s Degree in Special Education from New Jersey City University.
Building on decades of hands-on experience, Teresia is deeply committed to empowering families and behavior technicians. She believes in collaborative partnerships, culturally responsive practices, and individualized treatment plans that honor each learner’s strengths. Her holistic approach blends compassion with clinical precision, ensuring that every intervention is purposeful, ethical, and aligned with best practices in Applied Behavior Analysis.
Neema serves as an Intake Coordinator and Parent Advocate. She holds a degree in Business Management and Marketing from the University of Maryland and has over five years of experience in office administration and management. In her role, Neema is committed to streamlining the intake process and facilitating timely access to services for children with autism and their families.
